Is #Weightloss or #Weightmanagement using Neo-age DRUGS Worth it ? Doctors are seeing more cases of people with stomach paralysis after taking popular drugs like the diabetes drug Ozempic and its sister drug for weight loss, Wegovy. The drugs utilize the same medication, semaglutide. These and other drugs in this family, which includes medications like tirzepatide and liraglutide, work by mimicking a hormone that's naturally made by the body, GLP-1. One of the roles of GLP-1 is to slow the passage of food through the stomach, which helps people feel fuller longer. If the stomach slows down too much, however, that can cause problems.#healthcare

In general, pain levels do not significantly improve until patient has begun reconditioning and has increased his or her level of daily activities. Like with other medications, drugs have to be used in proper dosages. The onset of action may not be immediate and may take several weeks. They have to be monitored for efficacy and emergent side effects#oriele #jisoo #Emeute #painhttps://rb.gy/0d4k7

The medical landscape is constantly evolving, presenting us with new challenges. In recent times, we have witnessed the emergence of various substances such as opiates, opioids, heroin, fentanyl, carfentanyl, xylazine, and most recently, Nitazenes. These Nitazenes, originating from China, have found their way into the United States. It is important to note that the potency of these substances can vary, and when combined with fentanyl, they exhibit synergistic effects.Unfortunately, we currently lack readily available nitazene test strips to regularly screen our patients. However, it is crucial to be aware that in the event of an overdose, individuals who have consumed Nitazenes may require higher doses of Naloxone compared to those who have overdosed on fentanyl. This information will be invaluable when treating patients in the future.

Doctors are raising the alarm for those taking Ozempic and Wegovy for weight loss after seeing cases of stomach paralysis in patients. The FDA has received similar reports. Ozempic and Wegovy both utilize the drug semaglutide, which mimics a natural hormone that slows the passage of food through the stomach, helping patients feel fuller longer. Supervised injecting is most effective for people who inject drugs with a narrow therapeutic index. For this group, supervised injecting reduces harms from both the route of administration, and from the substance itself.Amongst stimulant users, supervised injecting will reduce harms from the route of administration, but not harms from the substance itself. If weโ€™re developing a state-wide strategy to reduce drug harms, it must address all drugs and all harms.Best practice guidelines from Canada and US recommend distribution of safer smoking supplies to reduce the harm from stimulants. Why donโ€™t we?

Analgesics๐Ÿ’Š are medications that help relieve pain๐Ÿค•, inflammation and fever๐Ÿค’ without affecting the underlying cause of the pain. They can be classified into two main types: non-opioid analgesics (such as acetaminophen and nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs) and opioid analgesics (narcotics). Some analgesics, particularly nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) like ibuprofen, naproxen, and aspirin, can have potential effects ๐Ÿ†˜ on the kidneys.
