I had the same problem with CLK. I found the problem to be the PC board connector that holds the wiring from the firemans switch was loose or dirty, and it worked again after I mechanically agitated it. Just follow the wiring from the external timer.2/27/18 I found the root problem and it was the solder joints on the control board for that long connector associated with the Fireman's switch. The solder had cracked on some of the connector pins possibly due to cold solder joints, high vibration, thermal cycling, or a combination of all three. I used a soldering iron and some solder to reseat the affected pins and the heater has not failed since.

Ignition lock out
This happens when a safety feature kicked in and the heater tried to start up again. Turn the power off at the breaker for 10 seconds and try again.
It should fire up or give an error code for possible issues

Atmospheric heaters are equipped with a thermal cut off device to prevent flame roll-out in the event the heat exchanger becomes blocked. This is a single- use type fusible link or thermal fuse that must be replaced when disabled by an over-temperature condition caused by excessive restriction in the heat exchanger flue passage.Look to see what has blocked the flue.

Just shy of snug start in the middle, then work your way out criss crossing.Once sorta snug, then tighten a little more on the 1st pass in the same sequence: middle - to the outside. Then one last time, tighten a little more in the same sequence. Does not need to be "TIGHT" just very snug. The header against the gasket seal will work. Too many people want to over tighten and then problems occur.

ROL is a failure code for Roll Out Fuse. This is the ceramic tear drip shaped piece in the lower left side of the cabinet. There are a few reasons this may have tripped but it is almost never a failed part but rather a symptom of a larger problem. The possibilities in likely order are as follows;1. Sooted heat exchanger from a lack of adequate fresh air or gas supply.2. Spider web blocking one of last gas orifaces.3. Down draft through heater (indoor application could be improper venting).4. Bad wire or connection between fuse and pc board.

You have to replace the pc board to fix this. In the mean time hit the up arrow button about 30-40 times to make sure you are setting the temp to the max (104 degrees) the count backwards to your desired temp setting.
