The salesman is friendly, professional, courteous, sincere, enthusiastic, and extremely knowledgeable. It's rare to find all of these qualities in someone in a customer service position in today's world. As a former health care provider I understand very well how to provide excellent service to a client. I was truly impressed by your staff member. The sales associate, Lynn, was so pleasant and helpful even though we arrived 10 minutes before closing. She helped us pick the perfect paint and did not rush us. We were so pleased and will certainly buy from this store again.

I went in to get a custom paint match for trim in my kitchen to match the cabinet color.
The sales person was very knowledgable and knew exactly what to do.
The total experience was exceptional and I had my gallon of paint in hand in under 20 minutes.Great customer service and experience

All of my questions about paint selection were answered with confidence so I felt I was getting the right paint product. The curbside pickup was perfect. I had my trunk open and the masked sales associate placed my purchase in the car thanked me for my purchase and I drove off. It was so simple and reassuring in these strange times.

My husband and I needed paint for our patio. We went to Sherwin Williams Paint store in Kingston, NY. The staff there is very knowledgeable about paint and introduced us to their Porch and Floor Enamel. Wow, it was the best. We prepared the patio by thoroughly pressure washing, letting it dry out completely, then blew off any seed pods or debris from the trees, patched any areas that needed it, then applied two good coats of this paint. The paint goes on easily and the coverage is great. The patio looks beautiful. Thank you Sherwin-Williams!

Great place to shop for all your painting needs, Contractors are welcomed! The best paint products on the planet combined with knowledgeable and helpful staff, makes this Albany ave Sherwin-Williams location a premium shopping experience. If you consider yourself a professional painter, DIYer wanting professional finishes or completely new to painting and have a ton of questions then this is the place for you. dont waste your time at a big box store counters you have to shop here. They are not just paint this location has a giant selection of tools,ladders, brushes, joint compound s , paint sprayers and more they even have tool rental. What more could you ask for.

They have all types of paint and products to get the job done. You may pay a little more for what you need,but sometimes it's better to spend a little more. Being cheap is not always good.
